4. Payments – Fees for logistics and branding services must be paid as agreed. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services for unpaid invoices.
5. Shipments – Shipment times and delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only. Connect Adport is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
6. Branding Services – All designs, concepts, and creative materials remain the intellectual property of Connect Adport until payment is completed.
7. Prohibited Activities – You may not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
8. Limitation of Liability – Connect Adport shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
9. Termination – We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services if you violate these terms.
10. Governing Law – These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved under Ghanaian jurisdiction.
